All classes are open to everyone and designed for all fitness levels!

All classes are one hour unless noted.

Classic Classes

Pilates focuses on core muscles and increasing strength throughout the entire body. Learn to control your muscles while lengthening and toning your body. It also improves the entire body for other activities like golf, tennis, etc... It is also a wonderful way to lengthen and strengthen the body.

Pilates Stick An economical way to get personalized Pilates equipment training in a group setting. Similar to mat Pilates but using a wall apparatus to increase resistance and stretch.

Pilates Kick Boxing- Join the latest fitness craze sweeping the nation! Pilates Kick boxing uniquely mixes Pilates and boxing into a fat burning and muscle toning workout guaranteed to whip you into shape. Experience the transformation as you attain a sexy and powerful self-image.

Barre- The Barre workout is a series of movements that strengthen the entire body and insures that no muscle is overlooked. With a combination of functional strength, Pilates, Yoga, and Dance, we use bodyweight as resistance to focus on alignment and optimal posture while enhancing body awareness, coordination, balance and overall strength. This results in a fun, intense, and safe workout to help clients reach their goals and get into the best shape of their lives!!

Tabata-lates Mat Pilates with a kick! Classic Pilates moves combined with weights. Focus is on yours core, arms, and glutes.

Yoga Focus on holding yoga postures, breathing and control of the muscles and the mind. Stretching towards flexibility. Classes focus on mind/body awareness. Calming effects on the body and mind help make yoga a perfect practice for everyone! Class includes guided breathing and meditations.

Zumba®Latin inspired exercise dance class. Hip shaking, booty popping, cardio good time! No rhythm required!

Pilates Circuit- Core, cardio, strengthening, and stretching using the Pilates Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda chair and more....
